Abigail Hope Vernon joined our family on August 10th, 2007 at 10:30 am, at 21.5 inches and 7 pounds 13 ounces. We are amazed by her every day and are so grateful for this healthy, beautiful baby girl.

We all had a pretty good night of sleep last night in our own bed as we are back in our home in Chiang Rai. With the "extra rest" we have put a little video together for those of you who are interested (ok, mostly for the grandparents) sharing some of her first moments in our home, her first "bath" and some special time with mom and dad.

Hey, it's a baby blog - if we can't be proud, bragging parents here, where can we?

WOW she really looks like Lori. So precious, and special to be able to see her through video. Makes it that much more important to catch video huh. So freaking awesome. I wish I was there- Lori you look really good too, and you too Paul :)

wow! I didn't realize you never heard about Emma's arrival! that's ok. you're excused this once. ;-) Yes, I ordered prints over an internet service at the reccomendation of a friend who does photography professionally. Amazing what a good print job can do. BTW, if I haven't said it before, Abigail is just gorgeous!! You guys must be having such fun!
